All items are sent 1st class, recorded delivery and will require a signature.

I will always endeavour to post out to you within 48 hours of a purchase of in-stock items.

All my jewellery is made by hand and as such can take up to 2 weeks for a special commission or if the item is out of stock. I will notify you if this is the case.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase so if in the unlikely event you are not happy with your jewellery, please contact me within 7 days of receipt . You must return it (at buyers cost) within 28 days in the original condition and packaging for a full refund. Refunds will be made to the same card used in the purchase.

I cannot accept returns of earrings (for hygiene reasons) or custom made orders.
